Description

Project Management – Follow Tollgate process, document and manage timelines, cost and support for all the Service shop activities.
- Coordination with software development teams.
- Documentation, Communication, follow agile Process, Review user stories, work with software development teams, perform UAT with end users and validate them in production environment.

Meetings 

• Program Planning calls on priorities, project/program status
• Requirement gathering w/end users for enhancements &/or modernization project
• Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming sessions to decide on the sprint stories
• Daily Stand-Up meeting to coordinate development and testing
• Demo and retrospective meetings to discuss on development status, issues and improvement plans
• Update / on-track calls with the key personnel
