Perform analysis of business, technical, and functional specifications.
Test and implement new corrections and improvements, working with development and QA teams.
Meet business goals by working closely with development team to invent and analyze product requirements.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
Required Skills
Strong with the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
Proficient in Development/Requirement Management Tools (SQL, XML, TFS).
Ability to document detailed functional requirements with an eye on usability and auditability.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a close attention to detail.
Required Experience
Minimum 3+ years of proven working experience as a business analyst.
Experience with Web-based software applications.
Experience with SQL or query based search a must
Must be able to write SQL (My-SQL or PL-SQL) queries.
Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
