Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems.
Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
May need to provide training to other employees.
Make suggestions regarding new implementations.
Assist with conversion to new systems.
Required Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge and ability to design document workflows and lifecycles .
Evaluate business requirements and prepare estimates that follow project guidelines.
Drive/define requirements, UAT criteria.
Must have strong communication skill; both verbally and written.
Must have technical understanding and problem solving capabilities.
Communication: Exhibits high levels of engagement with stakeholders and understanding high depths of business context.
Certified Scrum Master / Safe Agile.
Required Experience
Experience as an Business Analyst supporting an Office 365 implantation.
Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment taking direction from multiple sources.
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from business.
Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
