Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document items such as database content, structure, application subsystems.
  • Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems.
  • Establish acceptance test criteria with client.
  • May need to provide training to other employees.
  • Make suggestions regarding new implementations.
  • Assist with conversion to new systems.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge and ability to design document workflows and lifecycles .
  • Evaluate business requirements and prepare estimates that follow project guidelines.
  • Drive/define requirements, UAT criteria.
  • Must have strong communication skill; both verbally and written.
  • Must have technical understanding and problem solving capabilities.
  • Communication: Exhibits high levels of engagement with stakeholders and understanding high depths of business context.
  • Certified Scrum Master / Safe Agile.

Required Experience

  • Experience as an Business Analyst supporting an Office 365 implantation.
  • Must have demonstrated experience working in a team environment taking direction from multiple sources.
  • Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from business.
  • Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
