Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, risk, dependencies, or impact of information systems. Design and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Develop high level flow charts, modular maps, activity diagrams, process flow diagrams, solution flow diagrams outlining the current state and future state of the processes, systems. Develop testing programs, test scripts, use case scenarios, acceptance/exit criteria, functional and technical requirements that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability. Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. Present insights and recommendations by creating dashboards, reports, insights, and analysis. Assists in prioritization of Digital Technology initiatives based on organization(s) needs/strategy, Digital Technology workload and budget. Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the business units. Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes requested by the business owners and subject matter experts. Conduct ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues and provide insights to business and technical teams. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Utilize Python, Data Visualization, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Scrum, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall. Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Requires Masters in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Operations Research, Business Administration, Finance, or related and 1 year experience. 1 year must include experience with Python, Data Visualization, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Scrum, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall
