Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, working on a Risk/Mapping (GIS) project. The ideal candidate will have experience working on data-related projects, creating dashboards, writing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders. Insurance or financial background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create and maintain dashboards to support business decisions
- Develop and refine requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, product owners, and team members

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or financial industry
- Proven experience working on data-related projects and creating dashboards
- Excellent requirements gathering, writing, and analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
