Business Analyst/Technical Writer - 63294

We have a client looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Writer to work on a hybrid basis in Dallas, Texas.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Business Analyst/Technical Writer with 2-3+ years of experience supporting Infrastructure projects
• Basic knowledge of snowflake – could be just working with technical teams in that environment 
• Skilled in Jira – writing user stories, gathering requirements, documentation, stakeholder management
• Strong communication, takes initiative

PROJECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope):

• What is the scope of work that is being completed?
  • Provides services for new features, enablement’s
  • Upgrades, snowflake changes coming up
  • So many requests coming through so they need someone to come in and understand requirements, turn them into stories, requirement gathering, work closely with the product owner
• What part of the project is this resource supporting?
  • Day to day responsibilities
    • Requirements gathering, writing user stories within Jira
    • Work closely with the product owner
    • Document the intake and manage snowflake tickets
    • Sitting with end user and translating those requirements into user stories
    • Removing impediments
    • Managing intake volume and tickets for snowflake – receive approx 10 intakes/week
