Description

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to teller operations, core banking platforms, and branch systems.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Participate in the design and improvement of teller workflows, UI/UX of teller applications, and integration with core banking systems.
  • Translate teller and branch operational needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for teller-related functionalities.
  • Identify gaps in current teller processes and recommend automation or efficiency opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues reported by tellers and suggest solutions.
  • Support change management, training, and documentation for new teller features or upgrades.
  • Stay updated on compliance requirements, cash handling protocols, and customer experience standards impacting teller operations
