Required Skills & Experience

  1. Experience:
    1. 5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or financial services, with at least 2 years on cloud migration or modernization projects.
    2. Hands-on experience with payment systems (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, RTGS) and real-time/instant payments.
  2. Technical Skills:
    1. Strong understanding of cloud concepts (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and modern cloud architectures.
    2. Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, UML), requirements management, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
    3. Familiarity with data migration, integration patterns, and cloud-native services.
  3. Analytical & Communication Skills:
    1. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
    2. Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    3. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  4. Education:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with large-scale core banking or payment system transformations.
  2. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices in cloud environments.
  3. Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
