Business Analyst

Key Requirements

• Business Analyst with IAM experience
• ServiceNow experience required
• Project Management experience is a strong plus
• Must be Chicago local
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

This role will focus on data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project tracking to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of access controls.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document IAM-related needs.
• Analyze and clean identity data sets for RBAC system loading.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on ServiceNow requests, access issues, and project metrics.
• Document RBAC requirements, processes, and controls.
• Maintain meeting notes, decision logs, and stakeholder communication records.
• Develop process flows and models to illustrate current and future state workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for access controls.

Deliverables

• Clean, organized identity data sets ready for RBAC system loading.
• Accurate, timely reports for ServiceNow requests, access issues, and project metrics.
• Documented RBAC requirements, processes, and controls.
• Completed stakeholder meeting notes and decision logs.
• Process flows and models for current and future workflows.
