Business Analyst

• We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10–13 years of overall experience, combining strong technical and analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex Java/Mainframe (MF) applications, guiding team members when required.
• Translate intricate system logic into clear, business-relevant insights.
• Leverage QA/Automation knowledge to apply critical system and application thinking (preferred).
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Visio, and similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Agile knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Strong Java/MF development background.
• Proven ability to bridge technical concepts and business needs.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with QA/Automation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is beneficial but not mandatory
