Required Qualifications :
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, Alberta/ Vancouver, British Columbia/ Mississauga, Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :
- Software Subscriptions, recurring revenue model implementation across Hi-Tech, Telco industry segments.
- Experience in Cisco’s Commerce components such as Estimate Creation, Deal Creation, Quote Creation, MDM- Non-Standard, FMV adjustments, Config, Ordering , Pricing - L2N, Pricing – LPS, Workspace to transformation from legacy licensing revenue model to recurring revenue model thus demonstrating higher sales revenue.
- Demonstrate product assessment on as-is revenue model, identify opportunity for transformation.
- Expertise on building POVs using no-code prototype on transformation themes and demonstrating with business stakeholders.
- Articulate business understanding like industry best practice, PO requirement.
- Contextualize the impact like identify impact of problems/issues/events on business process such as Credit Check, GEO Validation, Split and process the order lines based on SW, HW, Services and Subscriptions
- Identify opportunities for improvement like optimization etc.
- Perform current state analysis of business flow and data analysis both qualitative and quantitative approach to make decisions, problem solving.
- API Integration skills like identify data attributes at API level and transfer user stories to attribute level in Cisco’s Asset and Entitlement management for Contract Creation, Install base creation, and MACD operations.
- Basic SQL Query expertise to understand parameters at table level and build query accordingly.
- Performs complex data analysis and generates reports to provide data intelligence using specialized domain knowledge and advanced business experience.
- Use a systematic approach to gather information and extract relevant data to understand business requirements and derive conclusions.
- Knowledge and application of process to relevant business context.
- Identify patterns and trends in both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions, solve problems and device solutions.
- Partners with business leaders to provide technical expertise in constructing forecasts, recommendations and tactical/strategic plans based on business data and market knowledge.
