Description

  • Conduct current-state process analysis and documentation
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Design and implement process improvement recommendations
  • Create and maintain project documentation and deliverables
  • Develop training materials and user guides
  • Support change management activities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and feedback incorporation

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in business analysis and process improvement
  • Technical Skills:
    • Process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
    • Requirements gathering and documentation
    • Workflow design and optimization
    • Change management methodologies
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years in government or educational environments
  • Communication: Strong facilitation and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IT governance process implementation
  • Knowledge of educational institution business processes
  • Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
