Description

Key Responsibilities: 
 

  • Interact with front-office teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals. 

     
  • Perform As-Is To-Be analysis for Current and Future state of systems. 

     
  • Identify inefficiencies in front-office workflows and propose solutions to improve business operations. 

     
  • Work with IT teams to design and implement front-office systems and processes that align with business requirements. 

     
  • Analyse data to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. 

     
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systems or processes. 

     
  • Support the adoption of new processes or technologies and provide necessary training to front-office teams. 

     
  • Enhance client-facing processes to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

     

Required Skills: 
 

  • Knowledge of the capital markets, trade lifecycle, and financial modelling is a must. 

     
  • Understanding of financial products, market regulations, and trading platforms. 

     
  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, IT, or related fields. 

     
  • Exposure to working with Front-office Trading and/or Institutional Security Lending systems. 

     
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of Complete Trade Lifecycle. 

     
  • Knowledge of creating BRD and FSD & Familiarity with Jira 

     
  • Data analysis, risk management, and financial modelling proficiency. 

     
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and client relationship management. 

     
  • Ability to manage or assist in project delivery, especially using Agile methodologies. 

     
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and time management
