Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business functions and processes;
  •  Analyze the integration of business functions with technology;
  •  Assist with business case development and business process reengineering;
  •  Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements;
  •  Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies;
  •  Conduct cost-benefit analysis;
  •  Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines.

Mandatory Skills: 

  1. Three (3) years of experience with business analytics processes with at least 1 year in an agile environment;
  2.  Project experience facilitating project related meetings with business partners;
  3.  Writing skills with experience creating requirements and design documents;
  4.  VISIO or similar diagraming tool.

Desirable Skills:

  1.  Experience with data conversion;
  2.  Familiarity with JIRA;
  3.  PMI-PBA or CBAP certification;
  4.  Familiarity with Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR);
  5.  Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
