  • Gathering Requirements:
    • Collect project requirements and able to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Requirement Specification:
    • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with different departmental teams to ensure requirements is collected, documented, validated and signoff.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Project Management Support:
    • Assist with project management for selected projects.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience

Technical Skills:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics tools and software.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in documenting and analyzing business processes.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and practices
