Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in understanding business needs, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows to guide project implementation.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to address business challenges.
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
Lead workshops and meetings to identify pain points, improvement areas, and actionable insights.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or opportunities.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals and objectives.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet user requirements.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in [industry/domain].
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and tools.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
