Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements elicitation, business process improvement, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, along with the ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and use cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate business requirements.
- Develop clear, concise, and testable system requirements.
- Create user stories, use cases, mockups, and wireframes in alignment with UX best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are met through the SDLC.
- Analyze and re-engineer business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize tools like Modern Requirements and Jira for requirements management and issue tracking.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business analysis for complex projects.
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping, and UX design principles.
- Knowledge of education sector processes is a plus
