Business Analyst

Support the planning and implementation of data governance tools.
Assist in identifying, collecting, and organizing data assets across various sources.
Develop and implement metadata management processes.
Analyze and evaluate business systems and processes.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Present project updates and findings to leadership.
Conduct design meetings and metadata modeling discussions.
Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with Texas Data Management Framework.

Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst (Technical).
12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise data analytics, integration, and data governance.
10+ years of expertise in data warehouse technologies.
8+ years of experience in analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
6+ years of experience in designing and implementing data acquisition strategies.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Informatica Datz Governance tools (Axon Data Governance, Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Quality).
Proficiency in Jira for project tracking.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
