Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 7 years of proven expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in driving successful project outcomes. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing strategies to improve business processes, and ensuring that the solutions delivered align with the overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring that they align with the business's strategic objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from inception through completion, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to support decision-making and problem-solving activities, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and validate solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with system architecture and technology standards.
  • Change Management: Lead change management activities, including training, documentation, and support to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of successful project delivery in a variety of industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
  • Skills:Proficient in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and data analysis.
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, SQL).
