Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product managers, developers, QA teams) to gather and analyze requirements.
Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications using appropriate tools (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, etc.).
Identify and analyze gaps between business requirements and existing processes/systems.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements.
Work closely with development and QA teams during the entire SDLC.
Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on the Banking/Financial Services domain.
Solid understanding of banking operations, retail/wholesale banking, payments, loans, credit/debit cards, KYC/AML, core banking systems, etc.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, business process mapping, and data analysis.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, SQL, etc.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
