Job Description

  • 8+ years of BA experience in software/product delivery projects.
  • Proven experience in projects involving GenAI, NLP, chatbots, or LLM-based agents (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, process modeling, and agile documentation.
  • Familiarity with LLM and AI agent lifecycle concepts (e.g., prompt design, RLHF, A2A, MCP).
  • Exposure to GCP, Vertex AI, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of prompt testing frameworks and agent KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience working in cross-location Agile teams
