Description

Gather and document clear, testable business and system requirements

Create user stories, features, epics, and process flow diagrams (As-Is and To-Be)

Lead requirement sessions with stakeholders and project teams

Work in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Maintain the project backlog and support sprint planning

Ensure deliverables align with project scope and business goals

Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and UI/UX designers

Assist in Build vs. Buy decision-making processes

Requirement:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related Business degree is required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • 5+ years of experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodology is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in documenting requirements including the creation of Epics, Features and User stories is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be business process flow documents
