Description

Create and maintain Product Documentation including user manuals, quick start guides, and technical documentation.
Provide support to regionalize documents as needed.
Develop cataloguing system for all product related documentation.
Organize and write required documents using corporate standard style and formatting guidelines.
Review current documentation and update as required to maintain consistency across product offering.
Interface with other departments to review brochures, web content, data sheets, and all related material for accuracy
Responsible for writing White Papers, Application Notes, Case Studies, and Articles.
Interface with other Vertiv teams to coordinate documentation needs related to specific product integration

Skills:
Minimum Job Qualifications:
BA or BS or equivalent experience
Communications or English
1-3 years of experience
1+ year(s) of writing/editing experience in professional setting
