BPM Tech Lead

Job Description:

* Over 7+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 4 years focused on Camunda BPM and Bonita BPM.
* Deep understanding of Camunda DMN and CMMN.
* Experience in architecting enterprise-grade BPM solutions.
* Hands experience with Java, Spring Framework application development.
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Define the overall architecture and design for Camunda BPM implementations.
* Collaborate with enterprise architects to align BPM solutions with overall IT strategy.
* Provide technical leadership and direction for BPM projects.
* Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality solutions.
* Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
