BigData Consultant & MLOps Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Solve business problems & develop a business solution: Use problem-solving techniques to propose creative solutions to solve a business problem. Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data-driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems.
• Project management: Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently.
• Sales Support & account growth: Support the sales team as required for RFPs and regular sales pitches
• Firm building: Contribute to firm growth by participating and conducting training sessions.

Qualification & Experience:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics projects.
• Ability to code seamlessly in any one SQL based platform to restructure/ cleanse data. Clarity on SQL joins and related functions. PySpark knowledge a plus
• Advanced machine learning knowledge related to GBM, random forest, neural networks. Exposure of Python with knowledge NumPy. TensorFlow and Keras knowledge
• Experience with modeling related to at least two of the following techniques: linear regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, PCA/ Factor analysis, decision trees etc.
• Excellent Communication and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to architect and design reporting solutions based on client needs.
• Being able to communicate with internal/external customers, desire to develop communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to seamlessly work with MS Excel – working knowledge of pivot table and related functions
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate client outputs
• Experience of working with large and multiple datasets / data warehouses
• Ability to derive insights from data and analysis and create presentations for client teams

Good to have:

• Background in finance, banking, or economics.
• Experience leading and working independently on end-to-end projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Expertise in Tableau with proven experience in developing complex dashboards.
  • Ability to execute on design requirements defined by client.
  • Ability to understand required Tableau functionality from wireframes/ requirement documents
  • Proven experience in defining optimized Tableau backend data structures and communicate requirements to data engineering teams
• Good knowledge of HIVE, SQL – Past experience with creating Tableau backend data using at least one SQL based tool
