About the job

A client is seeking a Consultant with Subject Matter Expertise in using BigPanda as a tool for IT Operations and Incident Management to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

Previous BigPanda experience is needed to help the team implement best practices for BigPanda’s functionality and make recommendations. This role will help teach, inform and bring others up to speed with BigPanda and will help the team use the tool in the most effective way to benefit the IT organization.

This is a contract role as a BigPanda Consultant. It is fully remote in the United States and will require working Central or Mountain time hours. The consultant will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on utilizing the BigPanda platform for effective IT operations management and Incident Management. Previous BigPanda experience is needed to help the team implement best practices for BigPanda’s functionality and make recommendations. This role will help teach, inform and bring others up to speed with BigPanda and will help the team use the tool in the most effective way to benefit the IT organization.

Qualifications

Expertise in day-to-day usage and configurations with the BigPanda platform

Expertise in understanding the functionality of BigPanda and strong knowledge of its features

Knowledge of IT operations management and monitoring tools

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to teach and mentor team members

Ability to create documentation

Ability to work remotely during Central or Mountain timezone

Experience in a consulting role is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable experience
