Strong in Azure Cloud - ADL, ADB etc
Data Migration Expertise - migration from on-premises to Azure Cloud 
10 or more years of experience with last 5 years as Data Architect
Candidates with prior AWS experience but last 2 or 3 years with Azure will also be considered.
Should have the ability and confidence to lead and guide the team
Good communication required  .
