 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Vijayawada. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle of recruitment, including identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and handling hiring processes. Daily tasks include account management, maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates, and effectively placing candidates on client projects.

Qualifications

Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
Experience in Hiring and Account Management
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the IT or software development industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
