Qualifications And Skills
4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales recruitment or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consultants
Excellent knowledge of the IT industry and market trends
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
Bachelor's Degree
