We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in System Integration (SI), OEM partnerships, Business Management, Account Management, and Hardware Sales. The role requires an individual who can manage key accounts, drive new business opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the System Integration and OEM ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and OEM vendors.
Handle end-to-end account management – from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Drive sales of IT hardware, networking, and system integration solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Develop proposals, presentations, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
Maintain regular communication with existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to leverage new opportunities.
2 – 10 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management in System Integration (SI), IT Hardware Sales, or OEM partnerships.
Strong background in enterprise solutions, hardware sales, and system integration projects.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking solutions, and hardware technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
