Tech Erudite is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching IT services (web & mobile app development), and converting prospects into clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, communication, and business growth.
Identify and generate potential leads via online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions and services
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project proposals and quotations
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update the CRM regularly
0–1 year of experience in business development or IT sales (freshers with strong communication can apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic understanding of web and mobile development services
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Self-motivated, confident, and a team player
Male candidates preferred for client interaction roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) is a plus
