Backup- Implementation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities: 
• Strong hands on of Implementation and administration of Dell EMC Backup products (Avamar, DD, Networker) 
• Serve as a specialist and collaborate with the Solution architect / Planning engineer and Project Manager to develop sound technical implementation & configuration plans and architectural design strategies. 
• Excellent customer relationships through negotiation, conflict resolution and crisis management 
• Stay updated on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of Dell Technologies products through professional associations, trade journals and networking. 
• Meeting customer and project commitments in timely manner through aid of technical expertise, strong communication, excellent documentation skills along with solid time management Essential Requirements: 
• 5 or more years of related experience in handling enterprise backup products, in a customer facing environment 
• Good working knowledge on Virtualization concepts 
• Basic IP networking skills 
• Solid writing skills and a proven ability to document processes 
• Strong communication with problem-solving skills 
• Able to handle critical issues and work with the customer and stake holders to provide Services. 
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies 
• Ability to multitask under stringent timelines 
• Candidate should be self-driven requiring minimal follow ups, reminders, and a fast learner
