Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement backend services for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
  • Architect secure and observable APIs and data services ensuring high availability (99.99%).
  • Lead integration with external platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) for consistent data synchronization.
  • Drive platform observability and operational excellence through metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system-level design and code reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, clean code practices, and infrastructure cost awareness.
  • Set up unit/integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and rollback strategies.

Experience Requirement:

  • 3 - 12 years of experience in backend development, with deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing systems that handle large-scale traffic and meet high availability SLAs.
  • Demonstrated ability to own systems end-to-end, from architecture to deployment and observability.
