Backend Software Developer

Develop the digital infrastructure of Shipskart platform, applications, and business processes. 

Set up and maintain all relevant Zoho products and applications. 

Deploy workflows and functions to facilitate and automate processes. 

Key Result Areas (KRAs): 

Design key modules of the digital infrastructure with an emphasis on structure and extensibility. 

Develop robust implementations of these modules with maximal performance. 

Document all developed modules comprehensively and clearly. 

Plan, design, and develop relevant Zoho applications, integrations, APIs, and automations. 

Troubleshoot and modulate ongoing Zoho activities and developments. Maintain compliance with HR directives and foster an inspiring team environment. 

Pre-requisites: Educational Background, Experience, and Personal Traits: 

Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering. 

Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. 

Expertise in backend technologies such as Python, Flask Framework, SQL, Django Framework. 

Understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python. 

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
