Backend Java Developer

Description

•             Team consists of about 8 developers; product is purely back-end so not looking for full stack here

•             Work will be about 60% Python 40% Java, need to be comfortable with that

•             Solid hands-on AWS experience is critical

•             Need really strong candidates’ w/ ability to work independently

•             Team is learning, would really appreciate if the right candidate would help the team with AWS experience

•             Agile framework

Responsibilities

Should be an individual contributor.

Developing software/service using Java or Python on AWS platform

Able to perform peer reviews.

Should be a team player.

Qualifications

Advanced Experience in Java and Python

Working knowledge on AWS

Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines – Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Jira, GIT, etc
