Backend Engineer (Java MSB)

Scope of Work:
Develop and maintain server-side applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs.
Work with various SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra) databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and decisions. Ensure that systems are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and secure.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality products.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Proactively suggest improvements and optimizations.
