Backend Developer

**Role:**

Develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and databases.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to support frontend applications.

2. Implement database schemas, manage SQL queries, and optimize data handling with Redis for caching.

3. Integrate applications with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, ensuring smooth deployments.

4. Implement authentication, authorization, and security features following industry best practices.

5. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to set up continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure Pipelines.

6. Monitor backend performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with tools like Grafana and Tomcat.

7. Assist in migrating to cloud environments using Azure services and optimizing backend processes for scalability.

8. Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.

9. Document technical specifications, system designs, and code changes.

10. Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and frameworks to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in backend development.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.

- Strong knowledge of MSSQL and database optimization techniques.

- Experience with Redis and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Pipelines).

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
