Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 7 years work experience in a similar back-end development position
  • Proven experience in back-end development using SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server (5+ years)
  • Expertise in relational database design and administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) (5+ years)
  • Experience writing efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers (5+ years)
  • Solid understanding of database security principles
  • Experience building and deploying applications in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD methodologies
  • Experience with API design principles (RESTful APIs)
  • Exposure to implementation of unit tests and integration tests
