Experience with Azure infrastructure services eg Azure VMs Azure Storage Azure Networking

Knowledge of network security practices and tools eg firewalls VPNs IDSIPS

Familiarity with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure and cloud based infrastructure

Proficiency in scripting and automation eg PowerShell Azure CLI

Experience with monitoring and logging tools eg Azure Monitor Log Analytics

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

Experience with endpoint management tools eg Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Familiarity with Active Directory and identity management

Understanding of network protocols and services eg DNS DHCP TCPIP

Experience with virtualization technologies eg VMware HyperV

Knowledge of Windows Virtual Desktop WVD and Remote Desktop Services RDS
