Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
  • Proven track record of leadership roles delivering support solutions 
  • Demonstrated success in performing work on large consulting projects 
  • Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents  
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources 
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team 
  • Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills 
  • Experience working on multiple concurrent projects 
  • 3+ years of Microsoft M365 / Azure experience 
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Platform experience 
  • Provide support for the Microsoft Power Platform 
  • Troubleshooting functional issues with Power Apps applications
