Azure Solution Architect

Responsible for delivering platform architecture to support internal product development. Experienced in application architecture patterns, Azure cloud-native services, and emerging technologies (such as AI, ML, IoT, and blockchain)

Shared Responsibilities:

· Architecture Design

· Technology Selection

· Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings (Azure Functions, App Service, Eventgrid)

· Microservices architecture and containerization (Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS)

· Exposure to AI, ML, IoT, and blockchain

· Data and SQL concepts

· Ensuring scalability, performance, resiliency, and security of the solutions

· Enforcing Enterprise Architecture (EA) guidelines and best practices

· Providing guidance and direction to the implementation teams

· Reviewing implementations to ensure adherence to the architecture and guidelines

· Supporting POC implementations

· Assisting with estimations and planning

· Communicating with stakeholders

· Identifying risks and implementing mitigations
