Azure Migration Architect

"Responsibilities:
1.      Cloud Migration Strategy: Develop and execute the cloud migration strategy, with a focus on leveraging Azure technology, to align with the organization's business goals.
2.      Assessment and Planning: Lead the assessment of existing systems and applications to determine their suitability for migration to Azure. Create detailed migration plans and roadmaps.
3.      Architecture Design: Design and architect Azure-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, scalability needs, and security standards.
4.      Azure Services Utilization: Identify and leverage Azure services, such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure PaaS, for efficient and effective application hosting and data storage.
5.      Cost Analysis and Optimization: Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing Azure resource utilization and cost-efficiency.
6.      Security and Compliance: Ensure that the migration solutions adhere to Azure security best practices and compliance standards.
7.      Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, migration plans, and technical configurations.
8.      Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders, project teams, and executives, ensuring alignment and understanding of project progress and outcomes.
9.      Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth migration process.
Qualifications:
•        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•        Proven experience as a Technical Architect, particularly in Azure cloud migrations.
•        Strong knowledge of cloud computing, Azure services, and migration methodologies.
•        Proficiency in solution architecture and design.
•        Experience in cost analysis and optimization in Azure.
•        Cloud security and compliance expertise.
•        Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•        Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
