Azure Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Design/build tools and frameworks that support deploying and managing customer applications,
  including batch and real-time data processing.
• Improve team development related processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality.
• Establish, develop and maintain good working relationships with business users.
• Prioritise face-to-face interactions.
• Manage deployment packaging, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with all other IT teams across the organization to
  ensure releases are delivered with repeatable and auditable processes.
• Build, refresh, and administer deployment environments.
• Manage Certificates, secrets, Create Ingress (Self, public).

Required Skills

• Familiar with Azure Kubernetes services and design patterns.
• Strong communication and Analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Must be proactive and energetic.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Required Experience

• Experience in Shell scripts.
• Hands on experience in IBM API Connect.
• Experience with deploying APIs to Kubernetes environment through IBM API Connect.
• Hands on Experience in Azure Kubernetes cloud, YAML framework.
• Experience in setting up CICD pipeline – Azure Kubernetes cloud, YAML.
• Hands-on experience with .Net, SQL etc.
• Application development/support experience desired.
• Extensive experience in Azure Kubernetes service [AKS].
• Extensive experience in Azure Apps services.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
