Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment and management of Azure services including Azure Functions, File or Blob Storage, and Virtual Network.
• Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, alerts, warnings, and troubleshoot incidents.
• Conduct incident investigation and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide operational inputs to L3 SMEs for streamlining operations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to implement security measures and compliance protocols.
• Document incident resolutions, processes, and configuration changes in the cloud environment.

Experience Requirement:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in managing Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Azure Functions, and Blob/File Storage.
• Skilled in troubleshooting infrastructure performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with incident resolution processes and change documentation within cloud environments.
• Exposure to working with cross-functional teams and supporting security compliance initiatives.

Education: Any graduation
