Azure Developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for adhering to client controls but also introducing development and review best practices.
• Build and release applications to azure services in azure devops.
• Help client in deciding the best azure services for the business requirement.
• Provision the Azure services in azure portal.
• Branching, build strategy and version controlling in azure devops.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps, Git Version Control Process, Test Frameworks, DevSecOps Tools.
• Acceptance Testing tools like Azure Test SpecFlow, Gherkin etc.
• Working knowledge on Azure DevOps platform with build and release management.
• Expertise knowledge on SQL Querying.
• Strong knowledge on using Azure resources for different activities.
• Sound knowledge on Azure Databricks and SCALA language.
• Good knowledge on CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Ability to learn modern technology in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as an Azure Developer.
• Hands on development experience using Azure Data Factory and Azure Data lake.
• Experience in implementing Azure Analysis Services.
• Experience working for management consulting firms is a plus.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
