Azure Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver in Git/DevOps model using automation and CI/CD pipeline.
• Work with a team to build cloud native SaaS solutions using the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Develop leadership within the team by taking on design activities for components and taking ownership of their success.
• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management solutions for app deployments.
• Play a lead role overseeing onshore and offshore team members.
• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of building scalable web applications using WebAPI, RESTful API design.
• Extensively using Azure Platform services (like Azure Functions for Server less computing, Azure Service Bus, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Log Analytics, Azure App Insights etc).
• DevOps based development using Kubernetes, Java, j2ee, Spring Framework (Spring Data, AOP, Boot), Hibernate, Node, Angular, Azure DevOps, Azure Architecture and components.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics using Azure Cloud architecture with structured and unstructured data sources.
• 2+ year of experience in Azure Cloud technologies e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Analytics, Python, Spark SQL, Azure Data Bricks, Azure SQL DW and Azure Analysis Service (AAS) required.
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing analytics platforms using Azure Cloud architecture with structured and unstructured data sources required.
• Experience with Azure solutions such as App Services, Service Fabric, App Insights, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups and monitoring tools.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, Azure Tables or Cosmos DB a plus.
• Experience working with multiple agile development teams.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
