Azure data Engineer

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Azure Data Engineer. The Azure Data Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with Data Engineering, Data Modeling, ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics.

Qualifications

Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and ETL skills
Data Warehousing and Data Analytics skills
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools, specifically Azure
Strong SQL skills
Experience with Hadoop or similar big data platforms
Experience with Azure data bricks and data factory
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Experience with Python, Spark, or other programming languages is a plus.
