  • Overall Data and Analytics: 10 years
  • Azure Data Factory: 8 years
  • Microsoft Power BI: 6 years
  • Databricks: 5 years
  • Synapse: 4 years
  • Azure DevOps: 2 years
  • Healthcare Industry Data and Analytics: 2 years
  • Experience in architecting and designing self-service Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Experience using Tabular Data Model Analysis in Power BI.
  • Experience creating dataflows to ingest, mash-up, model and build Power BI Reports
  • Experience with Power BI Premium features for AI, Aggregations Dataflows, Direct Query etc.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish data platform and PowerBI standards and best practices
  • Coordinate technical design sessions
  • Assess the data needs ofan organization and create a flexible enterprise model that produces quick results for large groups of reports and dashboards for various departments.
  • Implement scalable solutions that handle large amounts of data
  • Understand existing data structures in order to best determine how to consolidate and aggregate data in an efficient and scalable way
  • Work closely with Integration Architects, Data Modelers, application teams, and vendors to develop optimal solutions
  • Create and propose technical design documentation, which includes current and future ETL functionality, database objects affected, specifications, flows and diagrams to detail the proposed implementation
  • Improve business process agility and outcomes, drive innovation, and reduce time to market for our business driven analytics
  • Analyze current Power BI (and related Azure Services) architecture
  • Analyze current Power BI reports and identify improvement opportunities
