The candidate will actively engage with clients, develop application strategies, and ensure seamless collaboration between business and technical leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sophisticated data architecture solutions for high-performance systems.
- Lead and participate in client engagements to create plans and strategies for application development.
- Serve as the interface between business leadership, technical teams, and delivery units, guiding clients toward optimal technology architectures.
- Mentor and lead IT consultants across different practice areas and business units.
- Support business development initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction during delivery.
- Contribute to organizational thought leadership through executive presentations, architecture documentation, and IT position papers.
- Engage with end users to gather requirements, translating them into technical documentation.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Professional Experience:
- 11-16 years of experience in designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale application and data processing systems, with hands-on experience in Java, .NET, Python, or Microsoft technologies.
- Strong experience in data modeling, database design, and working with databases, data warehousing, and BI tools.
- Expertise with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- In-depth understanding of performance tuning for applications and databases.
- Strong knowledge of Big Data analytics platforms, ETL tools, and related technologies.
- Ability to make architectural decisions and provide clear technology leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, engineering, and communication skills.
- Participation in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of Big Data solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with NoSQL databases: Cassandra, MongoDB, HBase, and Azure.
- Programming languages: Java, Python, .NET, and other Microsoft programming languages.
- Cloud technologies: Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Azure Databricks/PySpark, and Azure Synapse.
- Proficiency in RDBMS, DWBI technologies.
