Must Skills 
12 years total experience, with recent hands-on Azure infrastructure work (not management).
Azure expertise: Subnets, security (NT/Cloud), VMs, Cosmos DB/NoSQL, enterprise-scale components.
IaC/Terraform: Proven coding/deployment experience (red flag if lacking).
Architecture patterns: Consultative ability to collaborate on solutions (application-level OK).
